Tips to sell your House – March 9 2023

The small things that you can do will pay dividends in speed of sale and sale price:

  1. Service the furnace;
  2. Clean and seal grout in bathrooms;
  3. Check all doors for squeaks and for proper fit;
  4. All light bulbs should be working and of the same style, if you are using LED’s they should all be 3000 degrees K;
  5. Taps and toilets should be in good working order… no leaks or drips;
  6. De-clutter and organize each room;
  7. Each room also gets a thorough cleaning;
  8. That is enough for now… if you need help there are cleaning services, home stagers and handy people.

If it is summer you will have to consider the outside area also.  Doing these things will certainly help your home to sell for quickly and for more money!  Now you have to ask your REALTOR what he/she will do to improve your chances and get those offers coming in!  Call Me!
