The Real Estate market in Calgary continues stronhg with a 25% increase in sales over this time last year and 3 to 5percent increase in price.  The monthly statistics come out tomorrow.  It will be very interesting to see how this increase breaks out over the different regions of Calgary and the dirrerent property tyipes.  Please check with me for further information.

Calgary Statistics: from the Calgary Real Estate Board November 2-8, 2020 for Single Family Detached property.

Sales are up by 25% over this time last year, and active listings are down by 22.6%!
Median and Average prices are up by 8.2 and 3.5% respectiavely!

This shows a real estate market that is very resiliant.
