Calgary Real Estate - Benchmark Prices - July 16, 2021

Hello All;
From this attached table you can see that prices have showed good strength over the last year especially in the detached catergory.  Apartment sales are up also but lag single family significantly.
We are now seeing a small increase in how long a property stays on the market.
