Calgary residential price increases for month over month for January to Februaryi 2022 are as follows:

Single Family +6.6%;
Semi Detached +4.9%;
Apartment Condominiums +2.3%;
Townhouses +5.3%

These numbers are based on the Home Price Index.
At this rate prices will double in less than a year!
