Price Change by housing style for Calgary Housing Market.

This is one of the reasons that the housing market is so strong.  Single Family detached properties are dong the best.  Condominiums, both Townhouse and Apartment are lagging behind quite a bit.  At some point the momentum will shift and condominiums, which have been lagging for many years now will start to catch up.  It may be time to think strategically.  Best wishes.
