Real Estate in AB just been declared an Essential Service!
It is not Business as usual! A lot has changed in a few short weeks! Open Houses are no longer happening. There are many other precautions being taken as Realtors and other professionals including lawyers, property inspectors and mortgage brokers work hard to stay safe and to protect their clients to enable individuals to buy and sell properties!
Tomorrow we get the March statistics from the Calgary Real Estate Board. It will not show the whole picture and the beginning of March was much different than today!
Please stay safe, stay positive and I am sure that we will have stories to tell our grand kids! Oh, wait a minute, I already have some and they are fantastic!!
