Calgary Residential Real Estate to the end of February 2024
This month it is spring! Happy Spring everyone!
Real Estate in Calgary continues to suffer from a lack of supply. While there has been some increase in the number of new listings, there have been more buyers looking for properties. This has caused a substantial increase in prices month over month. The largest increase occurred in NW Calgary for Detached housing with a month over month increase of 4.2%. Overall the Home Price Index for all property types in all sectors of Calgary has gone up by 2.2%!
